Machines, brushes and cleaning agents come with the professional. You do not need to provide anything beyond water and a power point.

Furniture and fittings around the work area are covered before anything starts.

Worked through surface by surface rather than sprayed over. This is why it takes the time it takes.

You check it before we leave
Walk through it with the professional. Anything you are not happy with is redone there and then.

- Moving heavy furniture or appliances. Please clear the area before the appointment.

- Anything not listed above. If the professional finds extra work is needed, they add it in the app for you to approve — nothing is settled in cash at your door.
